I have been working in the fitness industry for twenty years. Before that, I was working in radio broadcasting, so I've always had a ear for what people have to say!
In my early adult years, I discovered a passion for Muay Thai boxing, which I still use in my sesssions, it is so much fun and always great to learn a new skill.
I love to run, mainly competing at half marathon distance. I always get excited to hear of people taking up running, and am happy to have helped many people achieve running at any distance, from one mile to a full marathon and beyond.
I am always up for weight, core and HIIT sessions, who doesn't love a plank?!
I am a big believer in training where you feel most comfortable and doing what you enjoy. If not exercising, I may well be in my garden, doing a bit of landscaping or planting. It makes for a lovely outdoor space for my family and I to relax and workout
